• Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. All costs include value added tax and we deliver worldwide. In addition to the indicated prices we charge a an additional handling fee depending on the region of shipping. The shipping costs will be shown in the cart and during check out process.

Shipping

We use DHL and UPS to deliver your orders and we are shipping worldwide. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your ordered products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.

Customs

We are happy to ship anywhere in the world, though we are not responsible for import taxes and fees. Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar.

Withdrawal

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. Products that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee including shipping costs. This will be deducted from your refund.
